Procedure
After submitting the applicaiton, it will take 8~12 months for examination. Once the application is approved by IP Office, the trademark will be publicized in the gazette for three (3) months for objections thereof. If no opposition is filed after the period of public announcement expires, the registration certificate will be issued.
